Refund policy
We want you to love every item you purchase from JANE Boutique! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following return options:
In Store Policy:
Items may be returned within two days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method or within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. A valid receipt is required.
Web Policy:
We want our online customers to love their purchases. We are available to answer questions by phone or email if needed before you make your purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return your items within 7 days of delivery date for full refund to your original payment method. Otherwise purchases are final sale.

If your return is accepted we will send a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it can take up to two weeks for your bank or credit card company to process and post refunds.
Additional Notes for In Store or Online Returns:
All items must be unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached. Both JANE Boutique and shop-janeboutique have the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Undergarments, socks, candles, skin care and sale items are FINAL SALE.
